Melted Music Festival

We have spent several days doing our best to salvage MELTED. It is becoming painfully clear that we are not going to find a set of make-up dates that will align for everyone involved. Unfortunately, we are going to have to officially cancel the event. This is heartbreaking news for all of us. We are working with Eventbrite now to initiate refunds.
.
Many of you have sent incredible messages of support and kindness throughout this ordeal, and we want you to know it has meant the world to us. We will regroup and do our best to come back at some point stronger than ever.
.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to recognize our shared humanity and practice a heightened sense of empathy and understanding. These are crazy times, but we’ll get through this together, and we’ll see you again on the other side.
.
Health and best wishes to everyone!

Melted Music Festival

It is with heavy emotions that we share this news, Melted Music Festival is canceled for this weekend.

Yesterday, March 10, 2020, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine recommended avoiding large gatherings and events amid the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19.

Today, March 11, 2020, Governor DeWine gave a press conference and has confirmed that this recommendation is now going to be mandated by the State of Ohio. We are still waiting for the written mandate to be published, but given the governor's verbal statement, Melted Music Festival has no choice but to cancel.

Just yesterday, we were still hopeful to host an incredible weekend of music despite the tenuous circumstances. While we fully support the guidance of healthcare professionals and our public officials, please know that canceling this event has been an incredibly difficult choice to make. We recognize that this cancellation impacts the artists, the festival attendees, and our staff and production teams. Given this, we cannot thank you enough for sticking with us, purchasing tickets, and making MELTED a part of your year. It means the world to us to have dedicated fans like you, which is why we tried our best to keep the party going.

We are exploring options for rescheduling, but this may take a few days. We will be making further announcements by Monday, 3/16/20, at the latest. If we can reschedule, we will be honoring your tickets for the new dates. If you are unable to attend the new dates or we are unable to reschedule, we will be offering 100% refunds to all ticket purchasers.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate this increasingly complicated situation – and we wish everyone the very best. Meanwhile, keep washing your hands. Be safe, but not scared.

We trust that things will get better.

Melted Music Festival

Melted Music Festival has been closely monitoring the development of COVID-19, and how it relates to public events. With Melted kicking off this weekend, March 13-14, 2020, we are continuing with our preparation, and as of this moment, Melted is still happening as scheduled.

Please know that the health of our fans, artists, and staff is our priority, which is why we will continue to follow the guidance of health professionals and public officials to minimize the risk of those in attendance. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home. Please know that if directed by a governing body or health organization to cancel or postpone Melted, we will respect that request and honor your tickets for a rescheduled new date OR issue a 100% refund if you are unable to attend.

Since the outbreak and increased cancellations, we have experienced a considerable decline in ticket sales to the point where they have essentially stopped. To those who have already purchased tickets, we cannot thank you enough for supporting this event from the beginning. To those who are on the fence about attending, we want to invite you to enjoy a weekend of incredible music with us. To emphasize our commitment to the future of Melted and all live music experiences, which critically depend on revenue from ticket sales, all of our remaining tickets are now deeply discounted ($65-weekend, $30 - Friday, $40-Saturday). Please bring a friend and join us at MELTED!

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this complicated situation – and we wish everyone the very best. Meanwhile, keep washing your hands. Be safe, but not scared. We hope to see you this weekend!
